We're investors not speculators. We focus our efforts on holdings that have a combination of likely value appreciation with the ability to rent out the property at a cash flow neutral or positive position.

We believe in buying low and selling high. We don't chase bubbles, we diversify into other real estate classifications where we can get good returns for our investors.

We believe in diversification when it makes sense. In most cases there is less volatility by investing in three $150,000 homes instead of one $450,000 home AND we can usually get better returns in the process.
